Say what you will about Macca's - and believe me I've said it all - but I have to say there's something appealing about a thickshake so thick you wonder if it really is possible for your eyes to pop out of your head. I guess I'd need some sort of controlled experiment to properly resolve the question but I can confirm they didn't pop out this time. I live to drink thickshakes another day.
